About Us

The California Farmworker Foundation (CFF) is a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to supporting more than 90,000 farmworkers throughout California. Established in 2016 by a team of agriculturalists, CFF aims to tackle community-wide challenges such as healthcare, housing, and food insecurity. The foundation is committed to enhancing the lives of farmworkers by offering various programs and services, with a focus on advancing health and wellness, education, and workforce development within farming communities. CFF remains dedicated to delivering solutions that empower farmworkers and their families to lead healthy, prosperous lives.

CFF continues to invest in farmworkers via data-driven initiatives, which allows the foundation to create programs to support the needs of farmworkers. Promoting education, workforce development, health, and wellness continues to be one of the foundations leading efforts in farm-working communities. Today, CFF operates in Kern, Tulare, Fresno, Kings, Madera, Riverside, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara Counties. With one goal in mind, CFF strives to continue growing its footprint across the state, provide a voice for farmworkers, and work alongside industry and community partners to serve our essential workers to help build better futures.
